Terms of Sale and Product Refund Policy

At Wisconsin Elderberry Enterprises LLC, we are dedicated to providing high quality elderberry products, along with exceptional customer service. We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with the products they receive. So, we will happily refund and/or replace any product you order directly from our website that you’re unsatisfied with within 30 days of purchase.

Complete terms of purchase are provided at checkout. By agreeing to the terms and conditions of this site you agree that you understand that the products purchased have not been evaluated by the FDA and that we make no claims as to any benefits from our products. If you decide to purchase our products, you do so based upon your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.

Damage Due to Freight or Shipping

All of our products are produced for the highest quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our facility. Upon delivery of your order, please check the product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 48 hours and you must include photos of the damaged product.

Fees and Payment Terms

You agree to pay all fees or charges to your Account in accordance with the fees, charges and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. If agreed to prior to sale after contacting us, you may pay by personal check or other form of payment via direct mail or accepted carrier services (such as Fedex, UPS etc.). Products are shipped when payment has cleared. Otherwise, you must provide the Company with a valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or any other issuer accepted by us). By providing Company with your credit card number and associated payment information, you agree that Company, and its third-party service provides for payment services are authorized to immediately invoice your Account for all fees and charges due and payable to Company hereunder and that no additional notice or consent is required. You agree to immediately notify the Company of any change in your billing address or the credit card used for payment hereunder. Company reserves the right at any time to change its prices and billing methods, either immediately upon posting on Company Properties or by e-mail delivery to you. Payment via PayPal is also accepted per PayPal terms and conditions.
