Our Mission Statement
Wisconsin Elderberry Enterprises (WEE) is a small berry farm located in Northeastern Wisconsin specializing in American Elderberries (Sambucus canadensis). Our goal is to bring a high quality, convenient, fair-priced product to our customer base (which we like to refer to as our “Elderberry family”. Our berries are grown using sustainable agricultural methods, are hand-picked and meticulously prepared for processing. We are able to do this in small, hand-crafted batches providing a high level of quality control. Final packaging provides for
on-the-go single serving. Only the best and above the rest. Our berries are Tundra Tough.

Our elderberry packets do not need to be refrigerated and are perfect for travel. You choose how many and how much, based on your budget.
